I am a natural-born T-shaped leader constantly balancing at the intersection of design, tech, and business realities. I feel equally comfortable orchestrating cross-platform digital design activities (UX, UI, content design, web design, motion graphics, design thinking workshops) and sitting at a table with a client discussing high-level product strategy, MVP roadmap, project budget, or customers' LTV. Over the last decade, I’ve been working with many promising start-ups as well as with the biggest brands in the CEE region (Mercedes-Benz, PHILIPS PDS, ORLEN, PLAY, LPP Group, Diagnostyka). In the midst of 2014, I founded RIOT, a digital product studio. In as short as four years, I managed to lead the design team towards over a dozen international awards and recognition. Also, under my watch, RIOT was named one of the thousand best digital companies in the world according to Clutch 1000 List 2018. Year after, I've co-founded a tech-enabled start-up biuti.pl where I was a CEO and design director. After merely nine months of operations, biuti.pl was claimed a Polish Women Brand of The Year 2019. Right before the COVID outbreak, I decided to exit two of my companies and take a half-year-long sabbatical. Right now I'm a Design Director at Apptension, Digital Product Design & Development Company based in Poland. MBTI Advocate personality type.
